RETURNS

Your satisfaction is guaranteed when you shop with GreenBeaks®. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 30 days for a full refund.

SHIPPING

We ship orders via USPS or UPS, most within 3-5 days, Monday through Friday. We do not charge an extra handling fee. Your shipping details, including tracking numbers, are provided in the order confirmation we email you. Contact Support if you need any help tracking your order. We ship to all locations in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship to most international locations where permitted.

RESCUES, SANCTUARIES and 501c3 POLICY

We offer support for shelters, rescues, and other qualified animal-centric non-profit organizations across the United States. All orginizations meeting the requirement for non-profit will be exempt from paying taxes. We also offer substancial discounts to rescues, sanctuaries, rehabilitation centers and charitable organizations. Proper documentation is required.
